Educational Leaders as Teacher Evaluators

As we transition from teachers to the "dark side" (administrators) we will be resposible for evaluating teachers under our leadership based on their technology use. In the everchanging world of educational technology, we must always be advancing our knowledge in order to evaluate our staff when it comes to technology use. In what ways do you see yourself keeping up with the changes when you are an adminstrator?
