Educational Leaders as Teacher Evaluators
As we transition from teachers to the "dark side" (administrators) we will be resposible for evaluating teachers under our leadership based on their technology use. In the everchanging world of educational technology, we must always be advancing our knowledge in order to evaluate our staff when it comes to technology use. In what ways do you see yourself keeping up with the changes when you are an adminstrator?

I do love to use techn ology within my classroom so I plan to always encourage the same of over educators. The only way to stay up to date will be to consistently participate in staff development (with faculty), attend conferences, and take classes such as this. I am sure that there will always be teachers who know more than me within technology but I would like to be capable of completing most everything I ask of my teachers.
